ABOUT US
Moonlight Otaku Nights is an anime nightclub event series hosted at various venues in New Jersey. We organize events featuring DJs, live performances, cosplay competitions, and vendor pop-ups.

By accessing our website, you agree to:
- Use the site for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to disrupt or compromise site security
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission

EVENT ATTENDANCE
Age Requirement
All Moonlight Otaku Nights events are 21+ only. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry. No exceptions.
Ticket Purchases
- Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's terms of service
- All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
- Ticket prices may change at any time
- We reserve the right to limit ticket quantities
Event Rules
By attending our events, you agree to:
- Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
- Treat other attendees, staff, and performers with respect
- Not engage in harassment, violence, or illegal activity
- Consent to being photographed or recorded (events may be filmed for promotional purposes)
Cosplay and Costumes
- Costumes are welcome but not required
- Prop weapons must be peace-bonded and non-functional
- Final approval of props and costumes is at venue security's discretion
- Costumes may not obstruct walkways or create safety hazards
Removal from Event
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for:
- Violating event or venue rules
- Disruptive or dangerous behavior
- Harassment of any kind
- Intoxication beyond safe levels
- Any illegal activity
COSPLAY COMPETITION
Participation
- Entry is open to all ticket holders
- Participants must check in before the competition begins
- By entering, you grant us permission to photograph and share images of your cosplay
Judging
- Judging criteria and prizes are at our discretion
- All judging decisions are final
- We reserve the right to modify competition rules at any time
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and the Moonlight Otaku Nights brand — is our property or used with permission. You may not use our branding, logos, or content without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at our events
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- We make no guarantees about specific performers, DJs, or event features (lineups may change)
- Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
Your attendance at our events is at your own risk.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonlight Otaku Nights, its organizers, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events.

- QXT's Nightclub and other venues
- Various DJs and performers

- Cancel events if necessary
In case of cancellation by us, ticket refunds will be processed through Eventbrite.
