This isn't a DJ night with a few cosplayers in the crowd. Miku Only NYC is bringing their full cosplayer roster — Vocaloid, anime, and original character cosplay all night. Expect full gear, photo moments, and the energy of a convention floor compressed into a nightclub.
If you're showing up in costume, you ride free until 11:30 PM. The dancefloor belongs to you.

To everyone who came to the Hatsune Miku unofficial after-party on May 7th — thank you. Truly.
I want you to know I see you. I see the cosplays you stayed up nights putting together. I see the friends you brought, the strangers you turned into friends by 2 AM, the way you sang along when the Vocaloid set hit. I've been watching the photos and videos you've all been sharing, and honestly, I keep going back to them. Every single one. You made the room feel like home.
This whole thing only works because of you. The floor, the energy, the moments — that was all you.
And it doesn't work without the people who came back to build the community with us — thank you Papou, Renée, and Bash for showing up as vendors and as part of the family. Thank you to DJ_Plynk for getting the floor circling — the highlight reel speaks for itself. Thank you to Tenryu for the photographs that are now this page.
The next night is coming. We don't have a confirmed date yet, but we're looking at somewhere this summer. I'll let you know the moment it's locked in.

When and where is this?
Thursday, May 7, 2026. 10 PM to 3 AM. QXT's Nightclub, 248 Mulberry St, Newark NJ. Two blocks south of Prudential Center.
How do I get the $10 entry?
Show one of three things at the door — a Hatsune Miku EXPO 2026 ticket stub, full cosplay, or a college ID. Any one of the three gets you in for $10 all night. Otherwise it's $15 before 11:30 PM and $20 after.
Is this an official Hatsune Miku event?
No. This is an unofficial fan after-party hosted independently by Moonlight Otaku Nights and Miku Only NYC. We are not affiliated with Crypton Future Media, Yamaha Corporation, or any official Hatsune Miku entity.
What's the dress code?
There isn't one. Cosplay gets you the $10 door rate — Vocaloid, anime, original characters, whatever you've built. Not in cosplay? Show up in whatever feels like you. Goth, cyber, emo, punk, streetwear, jeans and a t-shirt. QXT's is an alternative club.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed all night. Tell security on your way out so they know to let you back in.
Will there be another one?
Yes. Moonlight Otaku Nights is a recurring anime & rave series. Join the Guild on the homepage and you'll hear about the next event before it goes public.
